HOW TO GET CLEARED FOR WINTER SPORTS
Register online through Arbiter Sports

Upload the completed 4th page of the physical form (top portion completed, Doctor signature/dated and parent/athlete signature/dated at the bottom)

Pay Athletic Fee in My Payments Plus or the budget office $150 (Non D51 students $225 - Cash or Check)

Pick up Clearance Form “PINK SHEET” in the Athletics Office
**CLEARED = “PINK SHEET” - GIVEN TO COACH**

All athletes must be registered and cleared in the athletics office by November 4, 2026 in order to participate in any camps or practices the week prior to mandatory practices. If your student athlete gets cleared on or after 11/9/2026 (swim & hockey) or 11/16 (basketball & wrestling) they will not be eligible to practice or tryout until the following day.
