Clearance Steps:
1. Complete online registration
2. Updated physical-load physical in registration.
BOTH sides of the physical need to be completed and BOTH sides of the physical uploaded.
3. Athletic fee is $150.
Payment can be made online at D51 MyPaymentsPlus or at the budget office.

Please register prior to start date to guarantee clearance for first day of practice.
All forms will need to be viewed before cleared.
